• Extensive concrete spall repair.
• Installation of stainless steel precast concrete anchoring system.
• Installation of carbon fiber reinforcing at cast in place concrete to precast
concrete interface.
• Removal of existing balcony membrane and installation of new polyurethane
deck coating system.
• Painting exterior with elastomeric coating.
